Registration

  • How do I register for my free account?

    *You will have a free basic account after you complete these 4 quick & easy steps.

    1. Click the SIGN UP NOW button in the LOGIN box on the home page

    2. Enter the requested information and click 'Create New Account'

    3. You will then recieve a confirmation E-mail to 'Activate Your Account'. (*The e-mail will be sent to the E-mail address you entered in the registration page.)

    4. Follow the instructions on the confirmation E-mail to Activate Your Account.

  • I never got a confirmation E-mail after registering?

    Please check your Spam box – the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address – please E-mail RandyTravisMusic@gmail.com if you need further assistance.

  • I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied?

    Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.

    If you still have trouble logging in, please log out of the site, clear out the old cookies and cache on your computer and then log-in again to clear this problem.
    1. Log out of the site.
    2. Clear out your cookies and cache
    3. Log in again. This should clear the problem.

  • What do I get with my free basic account?

    1. You can write your own blog
    2. Comment on news, blogs, and videos
    3. Review albums
    4. Vote in polls
    5. Private Message other community members
    6. Receive Randy's e-Newsletter

  • What if I lost my password?

    Contact us by E-mailing RandyTravisMusic@gmail.com and request to have your password re-set. You will get an email with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!
